These terms govern your use of daynight.co.uk and any services agreed with DayNight Studio Ltd ("DayNight", "we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales, company number 17381963, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom.

2. Use of this website

Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. You may not copy, resell, scrape or otherwise misuse the site's content, design or code without our written permission.

3. Quotes & engagements

Project quotes are provided in writing following a scoping conversation and are fixed unless the agreed scope changes. Each project is governed by its own proposal, statement of work or signed agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms where the two conflict.

4. Fees & payment

Fees, payment schedules and any deposit are set out in the relevant proposal or invoice. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue invoices until payment is received.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client on full payment. DayNight retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and case studies unless a client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We treat information shared during scoping and delivery as confidential and won't share it outside the project team without your consent, except where required by law.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site, or an active engagement, means you accept the current version.
