No. We're based in London, but most of our web development clients are elsewhere in the UK or abroad. Engagements are run async-first with regular written updates, so being outside London makes no practical difference to how a project runs.
What's the difference between a website and a web application?
A website is mostly about presenting content, like a marketing site or an online store. A web application is interactive software people log into and use repeatedly, such as a dashboard, CRM or SaaS product. We build both, and can advise which one actually fits your problem before you commit to either.
Should I hire a freelance web developer or an agency?
