Software people log into, not a brochure with a lock.
CRMs, dashboards and products used every day. We have shipped our own SaaS, so the brief is treated like a product, not a pile of screens. Fixed quote after scoping, sprint by sprint.
If the job is a marketing site, that is websites. This page is for the thing with users, permissions and a loop they come back to.
Internal tools and customer products with real state, not five extra pages.
- From £3k/sprint
- Scoped against one job-to-be-done
- See NextFlow CRM and CourseOS
Your pipeline, your fields, not another Salesforce seat nobody fills in.
- Sales and ops tools
- Or a CRM product you sell
- Same engineering tier
Billing, auth, email, the APIs the product is useless without.
- Stripe, auth, CRM hooks
- Not a Zapier hairball if we can avoid it
- Documented so you can own it
When the web app is not enough: iOS and Android as part of the same product, not a separate agency.
- Scoped in the sprint plan
- Same team as the web app
- Skip if a responsive web app is enough
Website or web app, how do we know?
If people mainly read and enquire, it is a website (from £1k). If they log in and do the same job every week, it is a web app (from £3k/sprint). We will tell you which before you pay for the wrong one.
What does a sprint include?
A fixed slice: design and build for an agreed scope, then a working increment you can click. The next sprint is quoted when that one is real, not estimated as a year-long fantasy.
Do you only work with London companies?
No. We are based in London. Most product work is remote, UK and abroad, same as the rest of the studio.
